Web Expert was registered in Estonia on May 6, 2002. In the mid-2000s, the company worked on custom CMSs and web development for Estonian and international clients, building portals, online stores, banking integrations and internal information systems. Over time, its profile expanded to full-service development of business software, e-commerce, complex process automation and digital products.

My experience
Gained experience working with large MySQL databases and my first experience with Oracle. Developed custom CMS modules and applications with interesting algorithms (tree search and distributed session management), Pangalink, WSDL for SOA and Zend IDE.

| iraadio | Estonian author-music website. Built a gallery with automatic resizing of uploaded images, square thumbnail cropping with positioning, SMS-gateway access to originals, ratings and comments. |
| Uuno.ee | Estonian radio website. Migrated the site with redirects and made minor design fixes. |
| Europcar | Car-rental company. Connected booking, fleet, banner and contact-form modules to the public part of the CMS. |
| Teletekno | Hardware company. Reworked the old catalog, added product numbers and WYSIWYG, and built the public-facing structure. |
| Upop | Estonian pop radio with around 300,000 users, a very old system, 800+ tables and more than 10 GB of data. Built a playlist section from the site's music, listening statistics and a paid section. |
| Sivex | Implemented authentication using the Estonian citizen's ID-card. Built monitoring of queue lengths at Estonian border crossings with chronological data entry and charting. |
| Pärnumaa kylatee | Closed system for a wireless-internet provider serving remote villages. Tracked payments, connection status, customer problems and employee tasks. Added XML import/export for accounting, SMS notifications and PDF invoice generation. |

| GSK | GlaxoSmithKline, the largest pharmaceutical manufacturer. Installed the CMS, improved feedback, user-management and banner modules, and installed templates. Fully ported the CMS from MySQL to Oracle, my first Oracle experience. |
